This is a wonderful accommodation! It is a very comfortable, clean and private apartment attached to a home. You have your own entrance and lots of amenities. Clear instructions are provided for parking, entering, pool usage, washer and dryer and trash. Lighting is excellent both inside and outside. Everything worked well. The owner is very responsive to all communications. Loved it all!!

I stayed here for a month while training at the Mayo Clinic. Marianne is a great host, goes above and beyond on little details like making sure you have coffee, nice shower products, nice towels, etc. She is willing to help out during your stay and even had someone clean up the place while I was staying there, free of charge. Overall a very comfortable stay, recommend to anybody looking to stay in the area.
